French Chocolate Sweet Tips and Saint Honore Lifestyle Delights

henri_le_roux_mendiants
Chocolate is one of the most delicious taste bud experiences in life. In France, eating chocolates is part of their lifestyle, a luxury for the tongue, an exquisite and tasteful keepsake often called “sweet delicacy.” Paris is France biggest metropolis where most of the largest and classy chocolate stores are located. Walking into a Paris chocolate shop can be intimidating (so chic!) and overwhelming (so many choices!). I know the feeling, but you’ll overcome it if you have a plan.
DO take all the time you need to walk around the shop and take everything in.
DON’T touch everything in sight. Feel free to pick up the occasional packaged product from a display shelf to get a closer look, but do so delicately: chocolate products are fragile and if they’re even slightly bruised the staff won’t be able to sell them.
DO buy an assortment of filled chocolates to sample the chocolatier’s most intriguing creations; you can buy a ready-made assortment, or ask to have one composed to your specifications.
DON’T overlook the plain ganache and plain praliné: I will argue these are the best products to judge a chocolatier by.
DO let the sales person know whether you prefer all dark chocolate (yay!), all milk chocolate (boo!), or a mix of both (all right) in your assortment, and let them know if you prefer to skip any liquor-flavored ones.
DON’T feel like you have to buy a whole ballotin (chocolate box). Filled chocolates are sold by weight, so you can absolutely order just 4 or 5 that they’ll slip in a small bag with a gloved hand.
henri_le_roux_filled_chocolate_glove
DO remember that filled chocolates are a fresh product that should be eaten within a week or two of purchase. (I don’t imagine that will be a problem.)
DON’T refrigerate chocolate, as it seizes the cocoa butter and numbs the flavors; keep it at cool room temperature instead.
DO consider getting one or several chocolate bars studded or filled with whatever ingredients most appeal to you. These work especially well as gifts, as they travel well and keep better than filled chocolates.
henri_le_roux_filled_chocolate_display
DON’T get a plain chocolate bar, as that doesn’t tell you much about the chocolate maker’s talents beyond melting and molding — unless, of course, you’re dealing with a bean-to-bar chocolatier, who processes his own chocolate couverture from raw cacao beans
DO ask questions and request recommendations: it’s a good way to establish a rapport with the sales person and melt the ice if needed.
DON’T hesitate for too long. Managing to be both assertive and charming is a lifelong pursuit for the savvy French shopper!

Commercial Lot Investing at IBP

Let’s say you are more than what you dream of, you want to achieve your business and investment success tangibly. You want to see it slowly taking shape right before your eyes. With the continued success and towering value of real estate properties shifting outside of Manila, Iloilo Business Park in Western Visayas is swiftly capturing the reputation as the most important epicentre of developments, investment appeal and becoming the biggest center for business. Megaworld inspired the township through its “live-work-play” township vision is now earning the affirmation of investors and business circle.  Future investments and business elevation are now heading to Iloilo City.
As we focus on Iloilo Business Park’s investment potential, we give you three best reasons why investing on its Commercial Lots is a wise choice and a game-changer:
13227173_10205899718203175_754341759668818821_n
Be the Landlord and gain the upper hand
Commercial property ownership gives you the front foot forward and upper hand in managing your property, especially if rental proposals and interest of a certain commercial area is in-demand. Thus, businesses are thriving. When you own it and act as a landlord of a titled commercial property, you’ll gain the rights to either rent it out for tenants or sell it in a much higher price. Overall, it is an investment worth owning and keeping for your business interest alive. Profits usually come in passive form and you can have business ventures without worrying about monthly property rentals.
photo-15-1
You can afford it and earn more
If you’re an investor with savvy perspective, buying and owning your own commercial property especially those located in highly-demanding business districts, there shouldn’t be any problem or have a second though because when you can own it, you can earn more. Most commercial lots or property offered by premier real estate companies have staggered payment terms which is quite reasonable. If your mindset is ready to own a commercial lot with the best price and payment terms, you should not think twice in buying it. It’s a goldmine investment.
mall-annex
Get the price right, and rental income takes care of your monthly costs
The location’s higher yield could result in you having the mortgage paid off every month by the rental income – depending on whether you secure good interest rates and how much you loan from the bank.
This is definitely something worth considering if you have investment funds ready to be deployed, but comparing commercial mortgage rates and seeking professional consultation on property prices is key to making a good call. You may also want to do it sooner than later, before “you know who” decides to tax the pants of this segment as well.
Iloilo Business Park: The answer you’re looking for
As the 72-hectare mixed-use commercial complex, the biggest township of Megaworld outside of Luzon, Iloilo Business Park allot 9.2 hectare for its flourishing and highly-promising Boutique Hotel and Commercial District. This where the biggest and grandest Central Business District (CBD) will soon rise and takes shape in the coming years. With the most influential bank companies, private institutions and local entrepreneurs securing their commercial lots here and more than 80% are already sold out, premier value and return of investment can be foreseen ahead of time. Regional headquarters of these financial companies are gearing up to build their regional headquarters in the coming years. This makes Iloilo Business Park’s commercial lots highly-valuable, in-demand and business-boosting properties that would double and ensure the fulfilment of every investor’s goal. Iloilo City is now one of the epicentre of investment and its economy is promising as ever. Therefore, it is recommendable to secure a lot and invest at the township’s Commercial District.
Be the landlord and earn the most flexible business interest. Secure and own a commercial lot at Iloilo Business Park.
When you have a vision and confidence for the value of the property, you won’t think twice to invest. Iloilo Business Park’s Commercial Lots secure its high-end value on top of any real estate properties in Western Visayas and even outside of Luzon.

Iloilo was one of the most exquisite jewels of the times of Colonization in the Philippines. In the 19th century, it was known to be the biggest province in the country in terms of population, income and economic production. It is a mix of different cultures, Spanish, Chinese, American and Japanese influences have produced interesting fusions in all artistic expressions. It is a heritage mosaic and this richness is reflected in its historic structures.

Today, Iloilo is a First-Class province where the modern lives side-by-side with the Colonial. Many people thrive in the area, attracted by its sense of history and cosmopolitan feel. It is a province that makes you want to go exploring, to discover whatever might appear in every neighborhood, on every street. It is a safe and friendly province with so much to see. It is an ideal place to spend a few days or as a starting point for touring the rest of Western Visayas. It is old. It is modern. It is, without doubt, always surprising.
